Jamaican-born American artist, Paul Lewin, interweaves stories about tradition, spirituality, and futurism in perfect harmony - all in one beautiful portrait. We have featured Paul’s beautiful paintings before, but he continues to bring his alluring imagination to life. His preferred medium is acrylic on wood, perhaps reminiscent of the pure earthiness of his afrofuturism creations. It is mind boggling how his depictions clearly show technology but in such a way that it elevates, not destroys, native traditions.
