Nigerian-born, British artist, Caroline Chinakwe, blissfully drowns us in a sea of color…and we love it! The African artist uses doses of color throughout her photography and digital collage to celebrate life in a loud, kaleidoscope life. Black women stare straight at us with their daring gazes, with elaborate hats and jewellery ensuring that they’re seen. Caroline’s art is a larger-than-life study of self-love In a world where Black people and women are deliberately made to feel inferior.
