Hello Everyone! I’m the curator behind the scenes of Muse Origins. I do this as a personal project - showcasing the African art I discover and love, and through collaborations, helping to empower & up-skill emerging artists. Some info about me?

I always struggle to describe myself cause as a human, I’ve got so many facets, many of which are still hidden to me. Do I describe myself by my likes? I love fictional thrillers, supernatural and sci-fi stories - whether written down as novels or brought to life in movies. How about by my looks? I’m African, brown-skinned, brown-haired, brown-eyed. And by my job? Been in consulting all my life. My dreams? Always wanted to own a magazine, started blogging as a way to ‘get a life’ from consulting, and this gradually brought me into the discovery of African art where I continue to explore.

It’s been a bumpy ride documenting and showcasing the African creative works I love, but its been a pleasure. I hope you enjoy discovering these talented artists as much as I have, and I hope you’re also moved to support them if their work speaks to you!

I’m also open to collaborations on projects that help emerging artists up-skill and grow, so let me know if you’d like to work together on an educative, impactful project.

Thanks :)
